I’m looking for a startup that’s doing great work that needs to set up an infrastructure of feedback, documentation, and support for its customers.
I’m an experienced Customer Success Project Manager specializing in SaaS companies and Customer Success / Engagement. I have experience building out entire processes in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Google Suite to raise visibility across teams. I thrive where I can jump into a team and dig into where there are holes and start to fill them with not just what teams want but with what they need. I have experience working with engineers, data scientists, educators, customer success managers, product managers, C-Suite level executives & any and everyone in between. I believe strongly that when we all work together every goal can be accomplished.
My ultimate goal is to become a COO. My #1 Gallup Strengths Finder is Empathy and I see that in everything I do. I want to combine that with the knowledge I have gained getting my EMBA, managing teams, leading organizations and cultivating genuine connections along the way - and I know that when people work smartly together that anything is possible.
